Product information "Found wood recycling picture frame "Triniburn 1015", 36 x 22 cm"
Recycled picture frame made from found wood, Triniburn
This picture frame made from recycled found wood is a real piece of jewellery. The strips of found wood used for this recycled picture frame were selected by hand and put together individually for each picture frame. The majority of the strips of found wood used have leftover colour. This is recycled wood from Indian demolished houses in the city of Jodhpur. Also known as the "Blue City". The colours on the recycled picture frames are authentic, unaltered and correspond to the old paintwork of the houses.
This recycled picture frame was made from approx. 10 narrow strips of found wood. The strips of found wood were selected by hand and put together individually for each recycled picture frame. The edge of the picture section was created with colourless strips of found wood. This creates a beautiful contrast to the coloured crossbars of the recycled picture frame.
The found wood used for this recycled picture frame is as varied as the colours of Jodhpur's houses. Wooden planks of acacia, mango, rosewood, tamarind and teak are used. We are therefore unable to specify exactly which wood was used for your recycled picture frame.
Picture formats of 10cm x 15cm are suitable for this interchangeable picture frame made from found wood.
