Bot. Designation: Bauhinia variegata candida
Characteristics: The orchid tree is native to Southeast Asia. It gets its name because the flowers are very similar to those of an orchid.
Cultivation & care: moderately difficult

Planting instructions:

The Green Celebrations contain plenty of plant seeds and a growth-promoting granulate.

• Open the Green Celebration and remove the sticker.
• Remove the seeds from the bag and place in a glass of lukewarm water for approx. 24 hours. Then press the seed approx. 1cm deep into the granules
• Carefully pour about 30ml of water into the cube.
• Place the cube in a warm and bright place and water only moderately until germination occurs (about 20ml every 3 days). The granules should not dry out - avoid waterlogging!
• Cover the cube with a glass and continue to water only moderately
• Remove the glass every day for an hour. After 2-4 weeks the plant will start to grow.
• After about 6 months, the entire cube can be transplanted into a pot. The ecocube will slowly compost and become a valuable fertiliser for the plant.
