On the one hand, the insoles fulfil all the characteristics of a classic sports insole:

The cupped shape provides structural support for the foot, especially in the heel area
The arch of the foot is supported, pressure points on the foot are alleviated and the body weight is evenly distributed
The strain on the feet is reduced - especially during sport or when walking or standing for long periods of time
If you have problems with flat feet or bone structure, the soles provide the necessary support to alleviate the symptoms
The sole fits snugly in the shoe and cannot slip

On the other hand, the cinnamon soles also have positive properties:

The antibacterial properties of cinnamon inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungi in shoes, reduce odours and provide a clean environment for the feet
The anti-inflammatory effect of cinnamon can help to alleviate discomfort caused by muscle or joint problems in the feet
Cinnamon improves blood circulation: therefore they counteract cold feet

Composition of the soles:
